Olga Jelínková

"Opera singer"

Olga Jelínková is now a fresh member of the opera ensemble in Leipzig in Germany. She has beautiful roles ahead of her there: Norina, Violetta Valéry, etc. She is looking forward to her performances at the Komische Oper as Queen of the night or as Gilda in Prague´s National Theatre.

Starting the season 2018/2019 she was involved with Staatstheater in Saarbrücken where she created roles such as Violetta Valéry or Gounod´s Marguerite. She appeared there as Contessa (Le Nozze di Figaro), Musette (La bohème), etc. In September 2019 she performed the role of Queen of the night in Volksoper, Wien. In November 2019 she debuted in Die Komische Oper in the role of Queen of the night. The audience saw her in this role in Chemnitz Theater during October and December 2019 too.

Olga Jelínková

"Unique voice"

Coloratura soprano Olga Jelínková has a unique voice using outstanding technique and extent. She has won many singing competitions – she was awarded the first place at the Antonin Dvorak’s International Singing Competition in Karlovy Vary in November 2011. She regularly performs on every Czech opera scene in leading lyric roles such as The Queen of the Night, Constance or Madam Herz by Mozart, Gilda and Nanetta by Verdi, Lucia di Lammermoor by Donizetti etc. Since season 2018/2019 Olga Jelínková  is involved with Staatstheater in Saarbrücken.
